General Event
The event will be hosted at Messe Berlin, Hub27, Germany. The venue is easily accessible via public transport or by car.
FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin is a two-day event spanning Saturday, 25 July and Sunday, 26 July, with each day featuring unique stage activities. Event tickets cover both days; individual day passes will not be sold.
You must be over 16 years of age to attend. A valid photo ID is required at entry. Accepted forms of ID:
- Photo driving licence
- Passport
- National identity card
Travel & Entry
Entry into Germany requires a valid travel document or passport. For exact requirements based on your country of residence, contact your German embassy/consulate or visit the German Foreign Office website.
Tickets & Entry on Site
Each ticket costs €224.99, inclusive of VAT and all fees, covering both days. Each ticketed attendee receives FFXIV-related goodies in a goody bag (contents to be announced). No in-game items are included. There is no single-day ticket option.
No. Tickets are non-transferable. IDs will be checked at on-site registration. Only the person whose name matches the ticket will be permitted to enter.
Accessibility & Disabilities
Square Enix strives to make the event inclusive and accessible. Details will be updated closer to the event.
During ticket purchase, attendees can indicate the need for one additional carer ticket at a discounted rate, subject to checks and availability. Proof of eligibility may be requested by email and at the door. Misuse may result in ticket cancellation.
A dedicated entrance for attendees with disabilities will be available. More details will be shared closer to the event.
A specially marked seating area in front of the stage will be available, including space for wheelchairs, mobility aids, and a seat for a +1.
You may bring medical necessities such as canes, walkers, or other medical equipment. Attendees must not possess, sell, or distribute any illegal drugs or substances.
Trained service dogs are permitted. They must remain leashed and wear gear that clearly identifies them as a service dog. Note: the event will be loud.
Cosplay
Yes, costumes and props are welcome and encouraged. They must adhere to costume guidelines, which will be shared closer to the event.
Crystalline Conflict
The Semifinals and Finals take place on-stage at Fan Festival 2026 in Berlin on Saturday, 25 July and Sunday, 26 July 2026.
Square Enix provides: Gaming PC, Gaming Headset, Keyboard, Mouse, and Gamepad. Players may bring their own keyboard, mouse, left-hand gaming device, or gamepad — however, macros from gaming software or hardware are prohibited.
Reserve members cannot join as in-game spectators, but provisions are planned to allow them to monitor matches externally and participate in voice communications.

Acquire a Fan Fest Coin, choose your machine, and set the gears in motion. With each turn, you shall obtain a strictly limited item, each one a prize worthy of any seasoned adventurer.
If you've found yourself with a duplicate, or missing that one elusive piece, fear not: you can trade with your fellow adventurers and forge bonds as strong as steel. Fortune favours the bold!For those with a passion for creation like a true artisan, you may journey onward to Hall 25 where Ishgard and Kugane beckon.

Across the realms, eight challenges lie hidden. Seek them out at the following locations:
